Spill the Ink is an annual poetry contest for 12+. Each Spring, the community is encouraged to spill the ink and share their voice. Submissions are accepted from March 2 – April 6, 2026, and on April 30th, the contest culminates in a celebratory public reading where winners are announced for teen and adult age groups.
Winning writers will receive a prize (details forthcoming) and finalists will be published in our Spill the Ink poetry zine.
How to enter:
Submit your poem electronically or submit a hard copy at any Library location by the deadline, April 6th, 2026.
