A valid St. Joseph County Public Library card number must be supplied for approval. View our Meeting Room Policies and Booking Guidelines. Patrons who use audio-visual equipment must agree to pay a fully refundable deposit fee of $20, and accept full responsibility for any infraction of the regulations and any damage to Library property incurred during or in connection with the proposed meeting. Applications for meeting rooms must be submitted for approval 7 days in advance of the requested date. Requests may be made up to 90 days in advance.
