About
The planned renovation will include the addition of new flexible spaces, as well as a refreshed interior and exterior design ensuring that patrons enjoy modern, inviting areas for reading, studying, and community activities.
The project will create:
- Expanded spaces for group collaboration and events. Plans include an addition of 2000 sq ft which will serve as a community art studio, lounge, and reservable meeting space.
- Refreshed Interior amenities will include new furniture, paint, carpet, and lighting. A reimagined children’s play area will have a travel theme due to its proximity of this branch to the airport and commuter train.
- Renewed Landscaping will enhance the outdoor space around the branch. Beautiful native flowers, grasses, and shrubs will be enjoyed by patrons and attract pollinators like hummingbirds, butterflies and moths.
