Persistent cookies (discussed in more detail below) may be used to further gather statistical information about website usage.

Personally identifiable information includes any details that can be used to identify you personally (name, address, telephone number, or email address). Individuals may choose to submit personally identifiable information in order to make suggestions for the purchase of materials,  register for programs or a library card,  utilize the “ contact us” form, sign up for email newsletters, or make a donation. This information is collected on webforms, and we do not collect this information unless you provide it to us voluntarily.

How does SJCPL use personal information?

SJCPL collects personal information for the purpose of operating the website and delivering requested services. SJCPL does not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute or disclose this information to outside companies or organizations unless legally required to do so or with the individual’s consent.

How does SJCPL handle a child’s personal information?
