The LaSalle Branch Library project is expected to include a significant and impactful strategic investment. This branch is one of the busiest in our system and is currently not the right size or configuration for its use. We are considering expanding the existing facility to accommodate the scope and scale of its use and to prioritize flexible spaces for all patrons.

This project may include:

• Expansion of the existing facility
• Improved wayfinding and exterior signage
• New flexible shelving that highlights the branch collection
• Upgraded restrooms
• Increased programming space
• Study rooms, meeting space, and areas to sit
• Expanded business center for copy/fax/print
