Two new digital services are now available to Library users.
Kanopy, a movie streaming platform, is now available for SJCPL cardholders. Kanopy features over 30,000 classic movies, independent films, and documentaries—including Janus Films (The Criterion Collection)—which may be streamed anytime, anywhere on a preferred device.
Kanopy is available here and may be streamed via desktop; mobile apps for iOS, Android and Fire tablets; and TV apps for Apple TV and Airplay, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Chromecast, and Telstra TV. Each cardholder may stream up to 10 films per month. The loan period for each film is three days and play credits reset on the first of the month.
Full access to the Washington Post online edition, washingtonpost.com, is now available within the Library. Patrons who visit the Library now have unrestricted access from Library computers and personal devices through SJCPL WiFi.
