Donations
Patrons should place book donations in the book drop. Branches can arrange large donations curbside by appointment.
Fine & Fee Payment
Pay fines and fees online. Contact the library at library@sjcpl.org or 574-282-4646 if you have any questions.
Health & Safety
To protect the health and wellbeing of the public and library staff, stringent safety procedures are being followed. These measures apply to library staff working in the buildings as well as to interactions between the public and staff.
Returned materials will be quarantined for 24 hours before becoming available for check out.
Staff are required to wear CDC-compliant face masks while on duty.
SJCPL requires social distancing of at least 6 feet between staff and the public.
The number of staff working in a branch at any given time has been reduced and workstations are spaced at least 6 feet apart.
Staff will follow CDC guidelines while assembling materials for public pick up.
Disinfectant wipes and sprays, and hand sanitizer, are located prominently throughout the branch.
High-touch areas and materials are disinfected routinely.
